- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping times depend on your location and courier service.
- Domestic Orders: 5–8 business days
- International Orders: 7–12 business days

Incorrect Address Information

- Selovia Skin is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but has not arrived:

Customs & Import Fees
